All successful orders placed will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your order.

In the instance that you have ordered the incorrect item(s), provided incorrect shipping details or wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@nevbi.com immediately after placing your order. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that the required amendment(s) will be done prior to fulfilment.

For any pre-order purchases, your order will be shipped on the date that is indicated during your ordering process.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

NEVBI cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit as a result of authorising the courier service to leave your parcel unattended should nobody be at the delivery address to sign for it.
